Our Guarantee

We offer a health and temperament guarantee for all of our puppies. Each puppy leaves having had their first set of shots and de worming. We follow the recommendations of the American Veterinary Medical Association and start vaccinations between 6-8 weeks of age. All of our puppies are guaranteed to be healthy and guaranteed to have a pleasant temperament. I instruct all new puppy owners to stay in touch with me. "Should your vet find any genetic disorder, immediately bring the puppy back and we will replace the puppy with one from our next available litter. Regarding temperament, we expect each family to commit a minimum of a years time to their new pup. If after a year's time, you are not happy with your puppy's temperament, we will replace your puppy with one from our next available litter." We do not offer refunds.

Deposits may be placed to hold a pick of the litter. The first deposit placed ensures 1st pick, the second deposit placed ensures 2nd pick, so forth and so on. You have 48hrs to choose your puppy after you have received their photographs, if after that time, you have not chosen, the next person on the list may choose. If you prefer to wait until our next litter, you may, but you will be placed in the order of availability. If there are no males, or females, or if the pups are absorbed or stillborn, or the bitch didn't end up taking, your deposit will be credited to our next available litter. Deposits are not refundable.
